The Medal of Honor Historical Society of the United States (MOHHSUS) has requested my help in identifying this 7th U. S. Cavalry enlisted man wearing this unconventional version of the Congressional Medal of Honor.
The Marksman Bar and pins attached to the actual MOH is certainly an unusual way to display it on the uniform, but anything within reason seemed to apply to wearing medals back in the late 1880s through the turn of the century. If you have any ideas to the identity of this Company F member is let me know and you will be given full credit for helping them out. Please contact me at: modoc1873@icloud.com
